Refund Policy

We stand behind our coaching quality. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can get a full refund within the first 2 sessions, no questions asked.

  • Applies to: Both group batches and 1:1 coaching
  • Time frame: Request within 7 days of your 2nd session
  • Process time: Refund initiated within 2 business days, credited in 5-7 days

1. Group Batch Refund Policy

✅ Within First 2 Sessions

Full refund of the monthly fee if you request cancellation within 7 days of attending your 2nd session.

Example: Level 1 batch (₹3,200/month) → 100% refund = ₹3,200

⚠️ After 2 Sessions (Within Same Month)

No refunds for the remaining classes in the current billing cycle. You have already received services and materials.

What you can do:

  • • Cancel before next month's billing cycle (7 days notice required)
  • • Switch to 1:1 coaching (adjust fees accordingly)
  • • Transfer enrollment to another student (with approval)

❌ No Refunds For

  • • Missed classes due to student absence (materials provided in WhatsApp group)
  • • Technical issues on student's end (poor internet, device problems)
  • • Dissatisfaction after 2 sessions without prior complaint
  • • Partial month refunds (after 2 sessions completed)

2. 1:1 Personal Coaching Refund Policy

✅ Within First 2 Sessions

Full refund of the amount paid for those 2 sessions if you request cancellation within 7 days.

Example: Paid for 4 sessions (₹700/hr × 4 = ₹2,800). After 2 sessions, you cancel → Refund = ₹1,400 (for 2 unused sessions).

⚠️ After 2 Sessions

No refunds for completed sessions. You may:

  • • Cancel remaining sessions with 7 days notice (no charges for unused sessions)
  • • Reschedule sessions with 24-hour notice (free of charge)
  • • Less than 24-hour notice cancellation = session forfeited (no refund)

3. Cancellation Policy

Group Batches

  • Notice period: 7 days before next billing cycle
  • How to cancel: Email chessnb.online@gmail.com
  • Effect: Current month continues, no charge next month
  • Re-enrollment: Allowed anytime (subject to batch availability)

1:1 Coaching

  • Session cancellation: 24-hour notice required
  • Rescheduling: Free if done 24+ hours before session
  • Late cancellation: <24 hours = session charged, no makeup
  • Program end: 7 days notice, unused sessions refunded

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (within 2-session window):

    Confirmation: We'll reply within 24 hours to confirm eligibility

    Processing: Refund initiated within 2 business days via original payment method

    Credit: Amount reflects in your account in 5-7 business days (bank dependent)

5. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergency:

If a student faces a serious medical issue preventing participation, we may offer:

  • Pause enrollment for up to 3 months (no charges during pause)
  • Transfer to future batch
  • Partial refund on case-by-case basis (medical documentation required)

Coach-Initiated Cancellation:

If we cancel a batch or session:

  • Full refund of unused sessions/months
  • Priority enrollment in next available batch
  • Discount on next program (if applicable)

Technical Failures (Our End):

If a class is disrupted due to coach's technical issues (power outage, internet failure):

  • Free makeup class scheduled within same week
  • Or proportional credit toward next month's fee
