Refund Policy

Satisfaction guarantee — first 2 sessions

If you are not satisfied after the first 2 sessions, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both group batches and 1:1 coaching. Request must be made within 7 days of your 2nd session.

Group Batch Refund Policy

Within first 2 sessions

Full refund of the monthly fee if you request cancellation within 7 days of attending your 2nd session.

Example: Level 1 batch (₹3,200/month) → full refund of ₹3,200

After 2 sessions — same month

No refund for remaining classes in the current billing cycle. You may cancel before the next month's billing (7 days notice required), switch to 1:1 coaching, or transfer enrolment to another student with approval.

Not eligible for refund
  • Missed classes due to student absence — materials shared via WhatsApp
  • Technical issues on student's end (internet, device)
  • Dissatisfaction after 2 sessions without prior complaint
  • Partial month refunds after 2 sessions completed

1:1 Personal Coaching Refund Policy

Within first 2 sessions

Full refund of fees paid for those 2 sessions if you request cancellation within 7 days.

Example: Paid for 4 sessions (₹1,000/hr × 4 = ₹4,000). After 2 sessions you cancel → refund = ₹2,000 (2 unused sessions)

After 2 sessions
  • No refund for completed sessions
  • Cancel remaining sessions with 7 days notice — no charge for unused sessions
  • Reschedule free of charge with 24+ hours notice
  • Less than 24 hours notice = session forfeited, no refund

How to Request a Refund

Credit: Amount reflects in your account in 5–7 business days (bank dependent)

Special Circumstances

Medical emergency

  • Pause enrolment for up to 3 months — no charges during pause
  • Transfer to a future batch
  • Partial refund considered case-by-case (medical documentation required)

Coach-initiated cancellation

  • Full refund of unused sessions or months
  • Priority enrolment in next available batch
  • Discount on next programme where applicable

Technical failure on our end

  • Free makeup class scheduled within the same week
  • Or proportional credit toward next month's fee
