Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Chessnb classes, pricing, and how we help students master the game.
Getting Started
Who are Chessnb classes for?
Chessnb is for kids, teens, and adult learners who want to learn chess in a structured way. We teach students from complete beginner level through intermediate and advanced stages, with classes suited to players from 0 to around 1700 Elo.
Does my child need to know chess before joining?
No. Beginners are welcome. Level 1 starts with the board, pieces, rules, notation, simple checkmates, and basic tactical ideas. Students do not need previous tournament experience to begin.
How do I know which level is right?
Send us the student’s age, current rating if available, and a short note about their experience. We will recommend a suitable level before the trial class. Chessnb currently has three learning levels: Beginner (0–800), Intermediate (800–1400), and Advanced (1400–1700).
Do you offer a free trial class?
Yes. A free trial class is available before joining. It gives students and parents a chance to understand the teaching style, see how the online class works, and decide whether the batch format is the right fit.
How do we get started?
Send a short enquiry with the student’s name, age, current level or rating, and preferred schedule. Chessnb will review the information and suggest the best batch or 1:1 option, usually within 24 hours on working days.
Still Have a Question?
Every learner starts from a different place. Book a free trial class or send us a message, and we will help you choose a suitable level, format, and next step.
